Tuna Kebabs With Soy And Wasabi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
    2 tbsp wasabi paste
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    2 1/4 lbs thick tuna steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 None limes, halved
Preparation
    Combine sugar, soy sauce, wasabi paste and oil in large bowl. Add tuna; toss to coat. Thread 3 cubes tuna onto each of 10 wooden skewers.
    Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill kebabs until tuna is coked to desired doneness. Grill lime halves until charred. Serve tuna kebabs with lime halves.
