Tuna And Vegetable Galette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup basil pesto
1 (15 oz) can tuna in oil, drained, flaked, oil reserved
10.5 oz antipasti vegetables, drained, thickly sliced
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced into rounds
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 1/2 cups baby arugula
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease and line a 13x11 inch rimmed baking pan with puff pastry.
Spread pesto along center, leaving a 2 1/2 inch border around edges. Arrange tuna and vegetables over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in pastry edges to partially cover filling. Drizzle with 2 tbsp reserved tuna oil. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 35-40 mins, until golden brown. Let cool for 5 mins then scatter arugula over top.
Serve warm.
