Teryaki Tofu Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
14 oz tofu, cubed
9 oz broccoli, broken into florets
1/2 cup canned baby corn, halved lengthwise
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
14 oz fresh thin Chinese noodles, rinsed
3 None green onions, finely chopped
Preparation

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry tofu in 2 batches for 2-3 mins each until golden. Remove from wok.
Stir-fry broccoli and corn for 2-3 mins until just tender. Add combined sauces, noodles and onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through.
Return tofu to wok. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins until heated through and combined.
