Apple And Raisin Phyllo Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
    1/2 cup raisins
    4 sheets phyllo dough
    2 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease 8 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Combine the apple pie filling and raisins in a medium bowl.
    Place one phyllo sheet on a cutting board and brush with a little of the butter, then top with another phyllo sheet. Repeat the brushing and layering with the remaining butter and phyllo sheets.
    Cut the phyllo stack into 8 rectangles. Press one phyllo stack into each muffin cup. Divide the apple mixture even in phyllo crusts.
    Bake for about 10 mins or until the phyllo is lightly browned. Serve.
