Shrimp, Melon And Feta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
1/2 None honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/4 None seedless watermelon, finely chopped
7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 slices prosciutto, grilled, torn
1 None small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
-1 None Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation

Gently combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together oil, vinegar and mustard and season to taste. Drizzle over salad just before serving. Toss gently.
