1 None lettuce leaf
1 slice ham
1 oz cheese, cut into sticks
4 None cherry tomatoes
2 None celery sticks
2 None carrot sticks
2 None cucumber sticks
8 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 None orange, cut into wedges
1 slice multigrain bread
Preparation
