Heart-Shaped Coconut And Strawberry Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp powdered gelatin
    1/4 lb strawberries, thinly sliced
    1/8 lb coconut cookies
    3 tbsp coconut liqueur
    1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/8 cup sugar
    1-2 None drops vanilla extract
    3-4 tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted
    None None powdered sugar, to decorate
Preparation
    Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 mins. Finely crush the cookies. Divide two-thirds of the cookie crumbs between two individually sized heart-shaped spring form pans and drizzle with coconut liqueur. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cookie layer.
    Mix the mascarpone, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Strain the gelatin and place in a small saucepan over a low heat to melt. Mix a little of the mascarpone mixture into the gelatin then transfer back into the rest of the mascarpone and mix well. Spread the half the mixture into each of the spring form pans then sprinkle with the remaining cookies. Spread over the remaining mascarpone and chill for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle coconut over the top of the mascarpone layer and add a few sliced strawberries. Dust with powdered sugar then carefully remove the spring form pans and serve.
