Warm Tuna And Green Tea Noodle Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stalks (4 inches each) fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
3 None tuna steaks (5-6 oz each)
7 oz dried green tea soba noodles
2 tsp sesame oil
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

Blend or process lemongrass, soy sauce, sugar and 1 tbsp of the lime juice until smooth.
Combine tuna and half the lemongrass mixture in a large bowl. Cook tuna on a heated oiled grill pan (or on the grill) on high heat, for 30 seconds each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, 5 mins, then slice thinly.
Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water according to package directions; drain.
Whisk remaining lemongrass mixture, oil and remaining lime juice in a large bowl. Add tuna, noodles and cilantro; toss gently to combine. Season to taste.
