Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup bottled champagne vinaigrette
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    6 cups mixed salad greens
    1 None mango, peeled and sliced
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine vinaigrette, half a teaspoon grated lime peel and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Stir in mint. Season to key with salt and pepper.
    Place lettuce on a serving platter. Arrange mango and red onion on greens. Serve salad drizzled with dressing.
