Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz milk chocolate
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp butter
    None None Wooden pop sticks
    1 pkg (10 oz) marshmallows
    1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
    None None Sprinkles
Preparation
    Combine chocolate, cream and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch base of bowl). Let stand until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally.
    Insert a pop stick into each marshmallow.
    To serve, dip marshmallows in chocolate mixture then roll in sprinkles or toasted coconut.
