Bolognese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 slice bacon, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb ground beef
    3.5 oz mushrooms, chopped
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 (13.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
    1 lb cooked pasta, to serve
    None None shaved Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion, bacon and garlic for 3-4 mins, until tender. Increase heat to high and add ground beef. Cook for 5-6 mins, until browned, breaking up any lumps. Add mushrooms and tomato paste. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins. Add tomatoes and wine. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 mins. Season to taste and stir in parsley.
    Toss sauce with drained pasta. Serve topped with shaved Parmesan.
