Kiwi Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None kiwis, peeled
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 tbsp powdered gelatin
    None None lemon sorbet, to serve
Preparation
    Gently pulse kiwi in a blender and set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water and stir on low heat, until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to high and boil 2 mins. Add kiwi and lime juice. Cover and cool 5 mins. Sprinkle in gelatin and stir until dissolved. Strain mixture through a fine sieve. Pour into small glasses or serving bowls and chill 3 hours, until set. Top with small scoops of sorbet to serve.
