Baked Beans, Bacon, Tomato And Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None medium tomatoes (10.5 oz), coarsely chopped
    1 (15 oz) can baked beans in tomato sauce
    8 oz bacon
    4 slices multigrain bread, toasted
    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Heat beans in a small saucepan.
    Meanwhile, cook bacon in a small frying pan over medium-high heat, turning, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
    Top toast with beans, bacon and tomatoes. Broil for about 2 mins, or until hot. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
