Linguine With Basil And Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb linguine
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
    1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup basil
    None None Parmesan, grated, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
    Meanwhile, place oil and garlic in frying pan and heat slowly. Add tomatoes and basil and cook for 3 mins.
    Drain pasta and add to frying pan. Toss well to combine. Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and season to taste.
