Spiced Bhaji (Oven-Roasted Chickpeas) - cooking recipe

6 oz dried chickpeas, soaked overnight, drained
1 tbsp tandoori paste
1 lb raw nibble (nuts and seeds) mix
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp vegetable oil
3.5 oz fried crunchy noodles
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Cook chickpeas in boiling salted water for 30 mins, or until tender. Drain. Let cool. Add tandoori paste and toss to coat. Add nibble mix, chickpea flour, garam masala and oil. Toss to combine. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 25 mins, or until golden. Let cool on tray. Add noodles and toss to combine. Serve.
