Indonesian Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp peanut oil
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 None red serrano chili pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz firm tofu, finely chopped
3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 None green onions, thinly sliced
4 None eggs
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Stir-fry onion, garlic and chili pepper until onion softens. Add tofu; stir-fry until tofu browns lightly.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce and green onions; stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
Meanwhile, heat oiled medium skillet on medium skillet. Cook eggs, in batches, on both sides, until just cooked.
Divide fried rice among serving bowls; top each with a fried egg.
