Beef And Horseradish Subs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp creamed horseradish
2 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 None baguette, ends trimmed
1 cup baby spinach leaves
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 None red onion, thinly sliced
1 can (15 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 lb rare roast beef, thinly sliced
Preparation

For the horseradish sauce, whisk the sour cream, horseradish, parsley and 1-2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Season.
Cut the stick crosswise into 4 even pieces. Without cutting right through, cut each piece in half lengthwise.
Fill the bread with spinach, tomato, onion, artichoke and beef. Drizzle with horseradish sauce.
Tie the sub with white kitchen string to secure, if desired. Serve.
