Fruit Cocktail With Chocolate Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None orange, peeled with all pith removed
60 g black and green seedless grapes, halved
1 None small apple, cored and cut into pieces
1 None small banana, peeled and sliced
2-3 tbsp orange liqueur
3 tsp sugar
50 g dark chocolate
75 g whipping cream
150 g mascarpone cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix the fruit with the orange juice, orange liqueur and 1 tsp sugar.
For the chocolate cream, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of hot water, then allow to cool until it is just warm. Whisk the mascarpone (or whipped cream cheese) with the vanilla extract, then fold in the whipped cream. Slowly add the chocolate sauce, swirling with a knife to create streaks. To serve, put the fruit cocktail into glasses and top with the chocolate cream.
