Vegetables With Lemon And Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise into wedges
    6 oz broccolini
    6 oz asparagus
    7 oz snow peas, trimmed
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Steam the carrots in a steamer basket in a large saucepan for 8 mins. Add the broccolini, asparagus and snow peas. Steam for about 4 mins longer or until the vegetables are tender. Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish.
    For the dressing, combine the oil, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over the vegetables. Season to taste and serve.
