Fish Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless skinless white fish fillets, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
    2 tsp grated lemon peel
    4 None new potatoes, sliced
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp chopped chives
    4 None bread rolls, split
    None None Salad greens, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Process fish, cilantro and lemon peel in a food processor until a coarse paste forms. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate.
    Meanwhile, place sliced potatoes on prepared pan. Lightly spray with no stick cooking spray. Season to taste. Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway through cooking, until golden.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on low heat. Cook patties for 3-5 mins each side or until cooked through.
    Combine mayonnaise and chives. Spread on bottom of each roll. Layer with lettuce leaves, fish burgers, potato slices and roll tops.
