Sausage And Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13.5 oz spiral or penne pasta
    12.5 oz broccoli, cut into florets
    2 tsp oil
    4 None thick sausages
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra to serve
    1/4 cup basil pesto
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp currants
    None None olive oil, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Add broccoli 2 mins before end of cooking time. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook sausages for 8-10 mins, turning, until browned and cooked through. Let cool then slice.
    In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, sausages, Parmesan, pesto, lemon juice and currants. Toss. Serve topped with extra Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
