Cabbage And Sprout Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh marjoram leaves, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp agave nectar or honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups Savoy cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup julienned bell peppers
1/2 cup julienned carrot
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 cup radish sprouts
Preparation

Whisk together vinegar, marjoram, garlic and agave. Season. Whisk in oil.
Combine cabbage, peppers, carrot, green onion and sprouts. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with vinaigrette.
