Spaghetti With Tuna And Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g dried spaghetti
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    2 x 400 g cartons chopped tomatoes
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 x 120 g cans tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
    1 None red chilli, seeds removed and chopped
    85 g pitted black olives, sliced
    20 g capers
    1 tbsp chopped parsley, plus extra leaves to granish
    100 g sun dried tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large deep skillet on medium heat. Add the onion and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the tomatoes and sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil.
    Add the tuna, chili pepper, olives, capers, chopped parsley and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 8-10 mins. Serve over the pasta. Garnish with the parsley leaves.
