Barbecued Chili And Honey Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None lamb chops (about 1 1/4 lbs)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp ground turmeric
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except lamb chops, in a large bowl. Add lamb chops; rub with the marinade to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20 mins. If you have time, marinate the lamb chops for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
    Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the lamb chops until cooked to desired doneness.
    Serve with grilled asparagus, red pepper and lemon, if desired.
