Summer Berries With Zabaglione - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz raspberries
    4 oz blueberries
    8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
    1/2 cup Marsala
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    1 None lemon, finely grated zest and juiced
    4 None egg yolks
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
    Toss the berries together in a bowl then divide between 4 serving plates and set aside.
    Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Mix the Marsala, cinnamon, lemon zest, egg yolk and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over the simmering water and whisk with a hand-held mixer until thickened and frothy. Add the lemon juice to taste then spoon over the berries and serve immediately.
