Fruit Cocktail With Chocolate-Mascarpone Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None orange, peeled, segmented, pith and membranes removed
    30 g white seedless grapes, halved
    30 g black seedless grapes, halved
    1 None small apple, cored and diced
    1 None small banana, peeled and sliced
    2-3 tbsp orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
    2 tsp sugar
    50 g lactose-free chocolate
    150 g lactose-free mascarpone
    1/2 None vanilla pod, seeds scraped out
    75 ml lactose-free whipping cream, whipped until semi-stiff
Preparation
    Combine orange, grapes, apple, banana, liqueur and 1 tsp sugar. Distribute between 4 dessert glasses.
    For chocolate-mascarpone cream, beat mascarpone, vanilla bean seeds and remaining sugar. Fold in whipped cream then chocolate until streaky. Spoon over fruit salad.
