Vietnamese Sweet, Sour And Spicy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp finely grated palm sugar or brown sugar
    2 None fresh small red Thai chili peppers, finely chopped
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and 1/4 cup water in a bowl and mix well.
