Honey And Soy Glazed Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey, heated
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 lbs rolled, tied boneless pork shoulder roast
2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp Chinese five spice
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
2 None fresh long red chilies, thinly sliced on the diagonal
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
Preparation

Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger and 2 tbsp water in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add pork; turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 250\u00b0F. Transfer pork to a large roasting pan. Add 1/2 cup water to pan. Roast, basting and turning pork every 15 mins, for 1 1/4 hours.
Toss sweet potatoes, five spice powder and oil in a large bowl. Place around pork. Roast, basting and turning pork every 15 mins, for additional 45 mins or until pork is cooked through and sweet potato is tender. Let stand for 10 minutes to rest.
Place bok choy in a large bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand for 2 mins or until wilted; drain. Place bok choy around pork; turn to coat in pan juices. Slice pork. Serve pork with vegetables and pan juices. Sprinkle with chilies and cilantro.
