Pineapple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cup milk
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 None vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
    3.5 oz medium grain pudding rice
    1/2 None pineapple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
    None None ground cinnamon, to serve
Preparation
    Bring milk, cream, sugar, vanilla bean and bean seeds to a boil. Add rice then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, for about 30-35 mins, until rice is tender and creamy. Add pineapple and cook for another 1-2 mins. Serve warm sprinkled with cinnamon.
