Bacon And Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp sunflower oil
    125 g lean smoked bacon, finely diced
    4 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2-3 tbsp brown sugar
    4 tbsp tomato ketchup
    2 x 400 g cans kidney beans
    400 g can butter beans
    2 x 180 g cans sweet corn
Preparation
    Heat oil in a frying pan, add bacon and fry for 5-7 mins until crisp. Remove pan from heat and deglaze with vinegar and 2-3 tbsp water. Add sugar and ketchup and season. Toss with remaining ingredients and let marinate for 30 mins. Serve.
