Roasted New Potatoes With Rosemary And Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb new potatoes
    3 None Thai chilies, crushed
    3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
    8 stalks fresh rosemary
Preparation
    Steam or boil potatoes until almost tender. Drain.
    Mix together chilies, oil and salt. Thread potatoes onto rosemary stalks then brush with chili oil. Cook in a nonstick frying pan until golden. Serve hot.
