Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz penne pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely diced
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1 lb ground beef
    2 cups tomato and basil pasta sauce
    3/4 cup beef stock
    1/2 cup milk
    1 pkg ( 1 1/2 oz) cheese sauce mix
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tsp wholegrain mustard
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute the onion, garlic and ground beef for 5 mins, or until browned and fragrant. Add the pasta sauce and stock; simmer for 20 mins.
    Whisk the milk, cheese sauce mix, sour cream and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Stir in 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Season to taste.
    Add meat sauce to pasta; mix well. Spoon into a large baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 15-20 mins, or until golden and bubbling.
