Macaroni And Cheese With Tomato And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz macaroni
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    3.5 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    8.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 10 inch square baking dish.
    Cook macaroni in a boiling, salted water for 10-12 mins, until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, combine cream, eggs, Cheddar and 1/2 the mozzarella. Season. Add macaroni and toss to combine. Transfer to prepared dish. Arrange tomato slices over top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with salad.
