Lamb Teriyaki With Broccolini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 3/4 lbs lamb strips
    4 None green onions, coarsely chopped
    1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, grated
    6 oz broccolini, coarsely chopped
    5 oz green beans, trimmed and halved crosswise
    1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
    Heat half the vegetable oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry lamb, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
    Heat remaining vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry onion and ginger until onion softens. Add broccolini and green beans; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Remove from wok.
    Add teriyaki sauce, honey and sesame oil to wok; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, about 3 mins or until sauce thickens slightly. Return lamb and vegetables to wok; stir-fry until heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
