Fruit Plate With Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups fresh seasonal fruit
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped, for garnish
Preparation

Stir together yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Transfer to serving bowl. Arrange fruit on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint. Serve with spiced yogurt.
