Crunchy Mixed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb mixed tomatoes, halved or quartered
    4 small cucumbers, sliced into rounds
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts
    2 None baby romaine lettuces, chopped
    1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup chopped fresh chives
    None None Crusty bread, to serve
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Preparation
    Toss all salad ingredients together in large bowl
    For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad. Serve with crusty bread.
