Orange Chocolate Shortbreads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 None egg yolk
    1 tsp orange zest, finely grated
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    6.5 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar in a small bowl until pale and creamy. Add yolk and zest; beat until well combined.
    Gradually add flour until well combined. Remove dough; place on a lightly floured work surface. Shape into a 10 inch log, about 3/4 inch thick.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut log into 1/2 inch-thick rectangles; place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 mins or until lightly golden. Remove; set aside on a wire rack to cool.
    Line a second baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each shortbread halfway into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on prepared sheet and allow to cool until set.
