Kandy Koala Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (16 oz) chocolate cake mix
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    2 tbsp milk
    None None Black food color
    48 None white chocolate buttons
    48 None small pink candies
    48 None green candies
    24 None black jellybeans
    None None Black decorating gel
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups and bake according to package directions. Cool as directed.
    For the buttercream icing, beat the butter, powdered sugar and milk in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Tint with enough black food color to give grey icing. Spread over cupcakes.
    Position chocolate buttons for ears and pink candies for inner ears. Position green candies for eyes and jelly beans for noses. Using black decorating gel, pipe dots onto eyes for pupils.
