Strawberry Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter, chopped
    2 tbsp glucose syrup or light corn syrup
    9 oz white chocolate, chopped
    20 None \"strawberries and cream\" gummy candies, finely chopped
Preparation
    Grease and line an 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper. Combine condensed milk, milk, sugar, butter and glucose syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Cook for 3 mins, or until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 12 mins, stirring constantly, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Add 7 oz chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Whip for 5 mins, or until thick. Add candies then transfer to prepared pan and level surface. Set aside.
    Melt remaining white chocolate then transfer to a piping bag. Cut fudge into 1 inch squares and drizzle with white chocolate. Let set at room temperature for 1 hour, or until set. Serve.
