Grilled Turkey With Onions And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 lbs turkey cutlets
    1 None bird's-eye chili, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
    1 None red onion, cut into thin rings
    1 None red pepper, deseeded, cut into thin rings
    None None fresh cilantro sprigs, to garnish
Preparation
    Rub paprika and salt on turkey. Place in a bowl. For the marinade, combine chili pepper with olive oil and half the lime or lemon juice. Pour on turkey, cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning once or twice.
    Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill turkey 8 mins, brushing with marinade and turning, until cooked through.
    Toss onion in remaining lime or lemon juice. Arrange turkey on a platter and sprinkle with peppers, onion, cilantro and lime or lemon juice. Serve hot or at room temperature.
