Mashed Potatoes And Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 1/2 lb cauliflower florets, roughly chopped
    1 None medium leek, chopped (white part only)
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    4 tbsp butter
    3/4 cup garlic and herb flavored cheese spread (such as Boursin)
    1/2 cup milk, heated
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, cauliflower florets, leek and garlic. Cover with water then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins, or until potatoes are just tender. Drain.
    Return potato mixture to saucepan and mash with butter and cheese spread, adding milk as necessary. Season.
