White Chocolate And Cranberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    7 tbsp butter, chopped
    6 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    30 None squares graham crackers
    1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries, finely chopped
Preparation
    Grease a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan, with foil extending at 2 opposite sides for handles.
    Place sweetened condensed milk, butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir for 6-7 mins or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
    Process graham crackers to make fine crumbs; transfer to a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Cut into bars to serve.
