1 cup cashews + 2 tbsp
1/2 cup pepitas
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red-wine vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients until well coated then transfer to prepared dish. Bake for 20-25 mins, stirring frequently, until beginning to caramelize and turn golden. Cool completely and break up to serve. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
