Garlic And Thyme Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups apple juice
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 None center cut bone-in pork chops, each 1 1/4 inch thick, at room temperature
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch, whisked with 1 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Preparation
Whisk together apple juice, garlic, mustard and vinegar. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium-high heat. Season pork then sear for 8 mins, turning once, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a serving platter to rest.
Reduce heat to medium and deglaze pan with apple juice, scraping up any browned bits. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half. Add cornstarch slurry and boil for 1 min, until thickened. Stir in herbs. Return pork to pan and cook for 2 mins, turning once.
