Chicken Tagine With Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    8 None chicken drumsticks
    2 None onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp ras el hanout spice
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
    4 oz green beans, trimmed and halved
    1/2 cup halved pitted dates
    1/4 cup sliced pitted green olives
    1/4 cup cilantro leaves
    None None Couscous, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0F.
    Heat oil in a large oven-proof skillet on high heat. Brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to a plate. Add onion and garlic to skillet and saute 3-4 mins, until tender. Add ras el hanout and cook, stirring, 1-2 mins, until fragrant. Stir in stock, tomatoes and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover.
    Bake 1 hour. Add green beans, dates and olives. Cover and bake 15 mins longer. Stir in cilantro. Serve with couscous.
