Hearty Meat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 lb ground beef
    16 oz jar tomato pasta sauce
    14 oz can Mexican beans
    None None sour cream, fresh cilantro leaves, cooked rice and tortilla chips, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute onion and garlic 2-3 mins, until onion is tender. Add cumin, coriander and paprika. Cook, stirring, 1 min. Add beef. Cook 4-5 mins, breaking up lumps with the back of a spoon, until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and beans. Simmer gently, stirring, 5-10 mins, adding a little water, if needed. Season to taste. Top with sour cream and cilantro leaves. Serve with cooked rice and tortilla chips.
