Spicy Pork Kebabs With Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

3 None boneless pork chops, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 tbsp finely chopped sage
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 None red or green chili, minced
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
3 None green apples, unpeeled, cored, cut into matchsticks
2 None small carrots, cut into thin ribbons
1/3 bunch bunch cilantro, sprigs picked
None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Combine pork, sage, garlic, half the chili and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a glass or ceramic dish. Cover with plastic wrap; let sit 5 minutes to marinate. Thread pork onto skewers.
Preheat outdoor grill or broiler to high. Cook pork, turning for 8-10 minutes or until charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining chili, remaining oil, apple, carrot and cilantro in a bowl. Season.
Serve kebabs with slaw and lemon.
