Baked Chicken And Mushroom Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    2 cups cooked penne pasta, chopped
    2 oz shredded barbecued chicken
    4 None large eggs
    1 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesam
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6 cup ovenproof dish. Heat oil in a large pan on high. Saute onion 1-2 mins, until tender. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, 3-4 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in the pasta and chicken. Spoon into prepared dish.
    In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, Parmesan, flour and parsley. Season to taste. Pour over mushroom mixture. Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Serve in wedges with salad.
