Toblerone Cupcakes - cooking recipe

4 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 None large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1/2 cup milk
7 oz Toblerone, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a 12-hole cupcake pan with paper liners. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl and stir to combine well. Stir in brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk eggs, then mix in butter and milk. Add to dry ingredients and add most of the Toblerone. Fold in gently until just combined.
Spoon batter into pan, filling each liner to about 3/4 full. Bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven and top with remaining Toblerone. Bake for another 10 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 5 mins, then turn on to a wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
