Lemon Coconut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, chopped
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 None egg
    3/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup self-rising flour
    1 jar (10 oz) lemon curd
    None None FOR THE TOPPING
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 cups flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 12 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Beat butter, sugar and egg in large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in combined sifted flours. With lightly floured hands, press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Place pan in freezer for 15 mins.
    Bake for 15 mins or until lightly browned. Cool.
    For the topping, combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
    Place lemon curd in small bowl and whisk until smooth. Spread lemon curd over cooled crust. Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake about 35 mins or until browned. Cool in pan before cutting into squares.
